All electronics and appliances come with a factory warranty. No exchanges or returns on electronics, appliances, mattresses or special orders. Factory warranty for furniture is 30 days from the date of delivery/pick up. Customer abuse, vermin, infestation, cracked or scratched electronic screens, free gifts, mattress, and/or foundations with stains, spoils, burns, or used with improper bedframe will avoid the factory warranty of merchandise. No returns allowed after three days from date of delivery/pick up. Merchandise must be an original condition with all original packaging. There’s a 25% restocking fee on all returns.
